Real Words From Real Learners.

Three voices from the hundreds of learners DDF has already supported.

★★★★★

After three months with Digital Defense Foundation, I had my first interview for a cybersecurity analyst role. Jenn breaks everything down in a way that finally made sense. I felt seen, supported, and motivated.

Tasha Bush
Cybersecurity Analyst
★★★★★

Jenn was very helpful and informative on what was needed to transition into cybersecurity. It was just the reassurance I needed to push me to get started. She is also very personable — it felt like I was talking with one of my girlfriends.

Emily Johnson
Info Sec Intern
★★★★★

Super helpful and informative group. Super kind and respectful members. I'm in awe of how strangers can be so invested in another stranger's success. The world is a better place with people like you all in it.

DDF Programs Are Built for You — Specifically.

We focus on communities that traditional cybersecurity training has overlooked. If that's you, you belong here.

Communities Cyber Overlooked

Women, people of color, and underrepresented voices. The workforce needs to look like the world it protects.

Career Changers & Working Adults

Work, family, life — and still making the move. You've built skills elsewhere; we translate them into cyber.

Neurodivergent Learners

Structured, chunked, low cognitive load. Designed for how you actually learn.

Youth (Middle & High School)

NextGen Cyber Pathways — building the pipeline before college.

What People Ask Before They Sign Up

Three questions we hear most. If yours isn't here, ask us at [email protected].

Is this really free? How do you pay for it?
Yes — every DDF program is free to participants. We're a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 92-3803117) funded by grants, partner sponsorships, and donations. No tuition, no hidden fees, no credit card required. The only thing we ask from you is your time and commitment to show up.
What if I'm not accepted into the first cohort?
Cohort size is limited and waitlist position determines priority. If a cohort fills before you can join, you stay on the list for the next one — no reapplication needed. We also send free learning resources and community invites to everyone on the waitlist, so you're making progress even before your program starts.
How much time per week does this require?
Programs are designed for working adults with real lives. Expect 4–6 hours per week: one live session (recorded if you can't attend), structured self-paced materials, and an optional community study group. We build around real schedules, not idealized ones.
